Andrew is a specialist tax director who joined the firm in July 2018. He has broad experience in providing corporates and individuals with general tax planning/restructuring advice and assisting with transactional tax planning including access to small business CGT concessions and conducting tax due diligence. He can also assist clients in tax controversy matters. His clients include small and medium businesses, family groups, and not-for-profit entities.

Prior to joining Boroughs, Andrew led the specialist tax consulting team of another mid-tier chartered accounting firm. In previous roles, Andrew has progressed through the tax consulting teams of big 4 and mid-tier accounting firms and a top-tier law firm.

Andrew is a Chartered Tax Adviser with the Taxation Institute, Australia, an affiliate member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand, and a qualified solicitor admitted to practice law in NSW. Andrew holds a combined Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Law and a Masters of Laws.
